Privacy notice

Last updated: 11 October 2026. This page describes how the Fibovo optical-infrastructure sourcing team handles project inquiries received through fibovo.com and www.fibovo.com. Fibovo is a trade/sourcing website; no unverified legal manufacturing entity or factory affiliation is claimed.

Information submitted

If you submit the RFQ form, we receive the company or project name, country, contact email, approximate network size, requested product category, and any specifications you choose to provide. Please do not provide passwords, government ID numbers, payment details, confidential engineering credentials or other sensitive personal data in an inquiry.

How the information is used

We use inquiry details only to assess feasibility, check technical requirements, request relevant supplier quotations and respond to your specified business contact. We do not sell inquiry contact details, and form submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Email processing

Form notifications are sent to a monitored receiving mailbox. Direct messages to sales@fibovo.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our designated Gmail inbox. Cloudflare provides web and email infrastructure; Google provides the receiving mailbox. Relevant technical requirements may be shared with suitable manufacturing suppliers only as necessary to prepare your requested quotation.

Data retention and security

Form handling does not create a separate marketing database or local browser storage. The inquiry notification remains subject to the receiving email provider's retention and the sourcing team's original business correspondence process. We aim to retain inquiries only as reasonably needed for the requested commercial discussion, follow-up and applicable obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

The Fibovo website does not intentionally deploy advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. Cloudflare may process limited technical connection information for delivery, abuse prevention and site security.

Your requests and corrections

You can request correction or deletion of contact details we control, or ask how an inquiry is being handled, by emailing sales@fibovo.com. Include enough information to locate the correspondence; do not send sensitive identity documents through the web form.
